Pierre Dutot visit in April 2015

Impressions of my 10 days visit Cape Town.

"So much has been achieved over the last 3 years !

I was most impressed and even moved with the quality of the musical performance at the Steenberg High School.

Three years ago there was absolutely nothing but an outstanding headmaster who was convinced of the social and educational value of music.

Three years later it has exceeded my wildest expectations. This project is a benchmark and should be known as such via the media countrywide. Hearty congratulations to Musiquelaine and it's teaching team.

After my ten intense & happy days spent working in South Africa, I have great hope for the wonderful youth of this country.

I also hope that this can be followed by other similar events in the future.

Bravo for the values and the drive conveyed by Musiqelaine, may this last for as long as possible, this is my dearest wish for this organisation.

On behalf of all these young musicians thank you for your work !"
